Access Revocation & Lost Devices

In the event that a user’s device is lost, stolen, or suspected to be compromised, access to the AccessCode NG application can be revoked immediately.

Users are required to notify estate management or the system administrator as soon as possible. Upon notification, the affected account will be disabled and all access credentials associated with that device will be invalidated. Access may only be restored after verification by estate management and, where applicable, re-registration on a new device.

The system supports manual and administrative revocation of access without requiring physical access to the device. AccessCode NG is designed to ensure that estate access remains secure even in cases of device loss or compromise.

While AccessCode NG provides tools for immediate access revocation, users are responsible for promptly reporting lost or compromised devices.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet security requirements, or comply with legal obligations.

AccessCode NG is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

How to Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your AccessCode NG account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the AccessCode NG app and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  2. Confirm the deletion request. All account information, including personal details, visitor records, and QR pass history, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
  3. If you cannot access the app, you may also request deletion by emailing fynkotechnologies@gmail.com. Please include your account email and phone number for verification.

Some security logs may be retained for up to 12 months for audit purposes, as allowed by law.
